The web app is a internet browser in which parents or teachers can band sites they dont want there students, children to go on. If they do go on a site thats banned the clouds then turn black in the background. Until the parent/teacher goes into the settings to switch it back. My school loves it at the moment. This browser works very well and trains the user to behave when on the computer. It was alot of fun to make and is great to see people in school like it so much.
